The object of the Laboratory of Materials and Manufacturing Engineering is the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Department in materials science and technology as well as the structural integrity of technological materials and conducting fundamental and applied research in the above scientific fields. In particular, the Laboratory offers courses related to the science and technology of materials, their mechanical behavior and fracture mechanics. At postgraduate level, the Laboratory offers the possibility of preparing high-level doctoral dissertations in cutting-edge scientific and technological subjects.
