I studied Materials Science & Engineering followed by a Masters in Nanomaterials in Imperial College London. I continued working in research in modelling of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) in UCL. Last but not least, I worked in the private sector in the formulation department of a pharmaceutical company called Lamda in Athens, where I was involved in the production of various forms of pharmaceutical products and their analysis.
