Εxternal scientific collaborator at the Department of Environment of the University of the Aegean

Dr Petousi Ioanna studied Agriculture (Department of Crop Science) in the Agricultural University of Athens. She holds a PhD diploma (2015), from the University of Leeds (UK), Faculty of Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, with the title: Reuse of treated domestic wastewater on Mediterranean agricultural crops. She has a lot of experience on the monitoring of plants irrigated with treated wastewater including standard growth analysis, fluorescence and chlorophyll measurements, monitoring wastewater quality as well as soil analysis. In addition, her research experience was extended to the use of treated greywater for irrigation or toilet flushing. Up to now she has published 9scientific papers in international journals with peer review and 15 publications in international conference proceedings. Dr Petousi has participated in 15 research projects funded by EU and National funds.
