Margarita Manolia is an Environmental scientist who graduated from the Department of Environment of the University of the Aegean. During her studies, she did her internship at the consulting company Aiphoria Consulting. Ηer thesis regarding food waste in the hospitality sector was the starting point of the research she carries out as an external collaborator of the Waste Management laboratory of the University of the Aegean. Her research interests focus on the field of Circular Economy and in particular, on its application to reduce the environmental footprint of hotels.
